Meet Mellisa Garcia, PT Tech

After high school, Mellisa attended Texas State University in San Marcos to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Healthcare Administration and graduated in August 2022. She plans to attend graduate school to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Mellisa’s passion for physical therapy grew as she learned more about rehabilitation for various diseases and injuries. She enjoys building unique relationships with each patient and strives to be a positive light for each.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also desires to travel the world, learn about investment opportunities and participate in creative research studies.
